Malcolm Johnson

Lead Writer and Solicitor

Malcolm is a solicitor who specialises in child abuse compensation claims, and he is one of the leaders in this field as well as being a founder member of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers, an organisation set up to help survivors of abuse. He is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, a Member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Secretary of APIL's Child Injury Special Interest Group. He is co-author of the definitive text book in this area 'Child Abuse Compensation Claims' published by Jordans in 2011.

Malcolm has appeared on radio and television to talk about his work.

Malcolm's clients include victims of abuse and neglect, whether as children or vulnerable adults in care homes. They also include people who have been injured in hospital, at work, in public places, in motor accidents and as a result of criminal violence.
