R (VA) V CRIMINAL INJURIES COMPENSATION APPEALS PANEL [2009] UKUT 147  
The Applicant completed a claim form for criminal injuries compensation in June 2006. She made a claim in respect of abuse from her former partner over a period from July 2001 to March 2002, which included a single assault on the 22nd February 2002. Full report here.

R(VA) V FIRST TIER TRIBUNAL AND CRIMINAL INJURIES COMPENSATION AUTHORITY [2009] UKUT 147 (AAC)   
The Applicant made a claim for compensation to the CICA for abuse over a period of time from 07/2001 to 03/2002. Her claim made a reference in section 4(e) of the claim form and also to a rape at section 8(a) and further references to the rape in a psychological report. Full report here.
